The Guesthouse features:
Bedroom with one queen bed and a fold out double day-bed
Kitchenette with coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, microwave
Bathroom with body wash, shampoo and hair dryer
Private deck
outdoor cooking area with small modern gas BBQ & induction cooktop
Air conditioning and heating
Fresh linens, extra blankets and pillows
Television for DVDs
Washing machine.
The Guesthouse is under the same roof as our family home, you will hear us at times however you will experience absolute privacy as it is on the opposing side with a private entrance and private deck. Please feel free to take a walk across our paddocks or along the twisting creek that borders the entire forty acres, it is rambling but lovely.
Please note: to access the bathroom or kitchenette from the bedroom, you will be stepping out onto the deck, it is covered but it is outside.
Breakfast is supplied but we do advise bringing additional food items as there is only a small local supermarket 10 minutes away. You will find an abundance of restaurants and wineries a good country drive away. We recommend Meletos in Coldstream (30 minute drive), Steels Gate Wines (15 minutes), Yarrawood Estate (20 minutes) and A Boy Named Sue (25 minutes).
Kate can be available for any assistance you require throughout your stay, otherwise you can expect absolute privacy.

We have young children, rescue sheep and a dog - please drive slowly
To access the bathroom or kitchenette at night from the bedroom, you will be stepping out onto the deck, it is covered but it is outside and this may be disconcerting for some people at night
Bring slippers - no shoes on inside
We are a rain water only property, please be water wise.
